28th Fundraising (2026)

My Dearest Friends of Akamasoa!
God’s Providence is presenting us with a new, 28th year of opportunity to humbly show our gratefulness to Him for His many blessings.
We answer to this beautiful challenge, in sharing His blessings upon us with those in need, as those: over 20,000 of our adopted orphans and abandoned children at Akamasoa in Madagascar.
Animated and strengthened by the last year’s Fr Pedro’s presence at our last Charity Dinner/Night – thank God – already some of our faithful and generous hearts, begun to fill up our Akamasoa account with their kind and abundant donations.

In Old Testament’s book of Proverbs 19:17, there is beautifully proclaimed: “When you give to the poor, it is like lending to the Lord, and the Lord will pay you back

And Jesus Himself stated in Mark 9:41: “I assure you that anyone who gives you a drink of water because you belong to me will certainly receive his reward

Therefore, My Dear Friends, let’s go and lend generously to our Lord suffering in our ‘least important once’, to assure our ‘return’ for this holy ‘investment’, finding ourselves to be welcomed by the Lord at the end of our ‘traveling’ in this Valley of Tears: “Well done, you good and faithful servant!… Come on in and share my happiness” (Matthew 25:21a. 21c)

This year, we are blessed by the hospitality of the Catholic Primary School at Our Lady of the Rosary Fairfield Parish for our 28th Charity Dinner on Saturday 31st October.
Mrs Jackie Vella, the Principal, graciously (no fee applied!) opened the door of this school hall, happily taking part in helping the education of over 20,000 orphans and abandoned children at Akamasoa in Madagascar. May the Good Lord bless our new benefactor of Fr Pedro’s endeavour amongst our adopted children!
